Chair's Letter

As the Alumni Relations Chair, my goal is a simple one: to continue the bonds of Brotherhood that have since been fostered within Alpha Kappa Psi. A Brother of Alpha Kappa Psi remains a Brother always, and as such, our alumni network has rapidly grown and reached international stature. One can easily find a Brother in nearly any location in the world, from New York to London to Thailand. The list is endless, but it is safe to say that we are a diverse group that span across the globe.

However, our extensive worldwide network of alumni would be fruitless if it were not for the Brotherhood that unites us all. Whether it is meeting up for a leisurely lunch in the city or back-packing through Europe, the alumni of Alpha Kappa Psi maintain the same colloqial and warm camaraderie as when they first became Brothers. Not only do Alumni continue to seek each other's company, but they also continue to support our fraternal affairs. Ties remain strong between a current active Brother and an alumnus Brother. Alumni remain involved with the crux of Alpha Kappa Psi events, including most recently our Rush program of Spring 2009 and our annual philanthropic Corporate Benefit. Additionally, our alumni are arguably one of our fraternity's most valuable resource for professional development and career guidance. They serve the rare dichotomous role as both our mentors and friends.

Undoubtedly, our alumni serve as the solid foundation upon which our fraternity stands proudly on. They are the flagship reminder for what Alpha Kappa Psi wholly represents: the oldest, largest, and most prominent professional business fraternity.

If you have any further inquiries regarding Alumni Relations, or the fraternity at large, do not hesitate to contact me at tewang@wharton.upenn.edu.

Sincerely,

Teresa Wang
